My client is a foreigner, lives in malaysia and has a malaysia PR about one year.
I need to know if he has to apply to issue a visa for his wife and his baby girl?
(His daughter was born in malaysia.)
If yes, how long the visa is valid?
Is it possible he applies PR for his family?
Would you please advise me?

His wife and daughter would need to apply for a social visit pass. Let's hope the PR is genuine.....
Their passes would be valid for about 6 months initially and then renewed for 1 or 2 years later on.
PR is a personal status and not transferable or extendible.
