Persian Restaurant

Hello good fellas. Does anyone know an authentic Persian restaurant in Manila run by Iranians and filled with Iranian customers, too? I'm also looking for Iranian friends.

Gooday

I know of at least 3 Iranian restaurants...

1 in Greenhills
3 in Makati - Cityland Makati Executive Tower 3 is run by an Iranian Chef and his Filipina Wife, Persian Grill in Legaspi St and the other Iranian Restaurant is at Greenbelt 3 Hosseins

There are several others...

hi peter

so many iranian people here, though I am not sure if they fill the iranian restos. I see many students at the immigrations. but if you crave for nice food, arya in greenhills is very nice. I think houssein is also iranian

You may visit Al-Batra at Jupiter Street run by a Jordanian, decent food, frequented by Middle eastern friends

Thnks

HUSSAINS ON MAKATI AVENUE ABOUT HALF WAY BETWEEN KALAYAAN AVE AND JUPITER IS VERY GOOD

Jupiter Street? Sounds familiar... Is it in Makati? What particular dish would you recommend? I like BIG servings, we Russians eat a lot :-)

I'm still looking for Iranian friends, particularly students or those who work here. Please feel free to drop me a PM. Don't care about politics, but I don't mind if others share their views, especially if we share a hooka, hehe

Filled with what?

Well, Mugtech, it would be slightly off-topic. PM me, I'll gladly share with you some of my ideas about it :D

There is this Turkish Resturant around Shaw near EDSA MRT Shaw Station (Ortigas) called Bricks and Copper, if you ask where is Dumlao Gym they know it (the resto is just besides it) I see some Iranians eating there and Turks too.

There's another Arya branch at Robinson's-Ermita. I've only tried it once but I guess they serve pretty much authentic Persian dishes. The place looks very Persian too.
