I need to get two documents stamped/certified by 1) a court in Mirgab; 2) the Kuwait Foreign Ministry.
1) Where are these places located? (Google Maps links would be appreciated).
2) What are their opening times?
3) How easy/hard is it to do, e.g. can both be done in one morning? I only speak English and a tiny amount of Arabic.
4) Anything else I should know.

location in mirqag front of IPC, islam presentation committee...open from 8am to 1pm only..depends the docimebts u need .
