Hello All,
I am likely to move to Hanoi, Vietnam, but moving to a new country especially a socialist republic is a matter of concern. Having some beforehand knowledge about the country from a known person or from a person of neutral country is always helpful. How effectively the forum of this kind can help in achieving this aim.

This forum is as effective as you can read it. I understand that it can be daunting, when one decides to take on a different country and culture. However, one must understand that this is well-charted waters. Read a little... It won't hurt!
