My wife and I got married just before we came to KSA. When she arrived in KSA she arrived with a passport under her previous married name (say Smith).
Last month she received a new passport in her/our married name(say Jones). Right now she has an iqama in the name of Smith and a passport in the name of Jones.
This is going to cause all sorts of problems with exit visas and at the airport as her exit visa will be issued with the same name as her iqama.
Can anyone advise how we get a new / replacement iqama with the name that is now on her passport.

You can submit the IQAMA to your company HR with the new Passport and they will do the same for you (change IQAMA accordingly), Subjected to your HR, if it is in their scope of work !!
