hi naresh, i'm from St. Lucia.  my advice, be careful.  go to www.valuemd.com and do your research there.  i can connect you to students of that collage. however there are others to consider like american international medical university, and atlantic internatinoal medical university.  spartan also is well equipped.

i can put you onto senior personnel for each collage as well as i can put you onto students so that you can get their personal feedback.
