What should I do more (skill,language) in order to get a job?

I don't understand the question.  Are you asking how to get a job or whether you should improve your language skills versus experience?

Thanks Hailey for asking,Yes, I want a job,currently I am working as a sales/marketing person.I need to know what is the scope of a sales/marketing person there at hong kong.Are the jobs easily getable?what is the average salary?in the general trade(consumer companies)what if a person not well versed with chienese language?

I'd imagine you would have to know Chinese to sell & market at a Chinese company.  Why would they hire someone who can't communicate with their customers?
