I need some info about, whether or not, expats are able to use international banks' debit card in khartoum ?
Also,any indian overseaa bank available in khartoum?

the answer is NO. No Debit or credit card will work on Sudan due to the US embargo, since Visa, MasterCard, American Express......etc. are all US based companies and hence are NOT allowed to operate in (or cooperate with) Sudan.
Also there are no Indian banks.
Only thing that works in Sudan and is tied up to another country is the 123 Network, which is a network of Egyptian banks, so if you have an account with an Egyptian bank and an ATM card that is 123 enabled, it will work in SOME Sudanese banks, and it will screw you over in the exchange rate in the process

Hey, is possible but complicated and not good when it comes to exchange rate. Most of banks will not give you foreign currency. Cheers
