Probably I'll go in Accra working as Expat. Working area will be gulf house. Do you know if these areas "East legon, Abelenkpe /Dzorwulu " are cheap for rental and OK for expats?

The areas are OK for expats and housing is a little cheaper than the more central ares of Accra.

Do you know which is the average in that area about rental for 1 person only or to which website I can refer to.
Do you know if the area is well connected to the center or any important point? Thanks in advance.

There is easy access (traffic permitting) to everywhere in Accra. You could look on accraexpat.com as they have a housing section. ghanafind.com is also a good website to find property.
