I am from South Africa, and have been offered a job in Dubai... (IT Professional with a couple of years experience).
Included in the job is a two bedroom apartment and a car. And the offer is for 10 000 dirhams per month...
Is this decent? Also I am very sociable - will I be able to enjoy myself and save some money?
Is this amount enough to live in Dubai?

If the house and car are provided then you can save some money from the Dh10,000. How much depends on how high you want to live - eat and drink in 5-star hotels, join expensive beach clubs and you'll soon use all your salary.
How does it compare with your salary now, that's the measure to use.
