Want to establish my business set up in Tripoli

At present i am in Rrawalpindi, Pakistan My office is in KL Malaysis, I am exporting pereshable cargo from Pakistan,want to establish my business set up in Tripoli,I am in process of collecting the information about legal formalties as well as business prospects there.It will be highely appreciated if any feed back is given about the subject.

you might actually research setting up a company in Malta. My understanding is that there is some sort of reciprocity agreement between Libya and Malta -- and frankly right now, anything that involves paperwork here is trying at best.
