Ladies and gentlemen, The Queen

"Ladies and gentlemen, The Queen", is the loyal toast that should be given at formal dinners and so on, especially by expats.

OK, that's the English version (I won't burden the rest of the UK as most seem to want out of it anyway)but, the question is, do you care about such formalities regarding your own country?

Who has a copy of their national anthem, a home country flag or anything of that nature?

I'm pretty sure no one in my country is giving that toast at a formal occasion.  When people say "the Queen", we say "queen of what?"

I don't have a copy of the national anthem anywhere, but I can sing it.  I have a small American flag near my computer.

Yes, i have it all in my pc. the national anthem, the home country flag and photos of the Ruler and Prime Minister.
