Hi, I am arriving in Saudi shortly from the UK and have been asked by my employers to get a full medical check. Does anyone know if there is a form that I should download. I have tried Saudi Embassy website but don't see anything. Can my GP carry out this medical? What do I have to be tested for and what vacatinations do I need?

Just to sought of give u an idea :-
In India, there are specific GAMCA (Gulf Accredited Medical Clinics Association) offices in major cities. U go there with ur passport copy & photos, they assign u to any member clinic spread across the city. You go to assigned clinic and get ur medical done. This report is then sent by ur local employer representative/agent to the embassy with other documents for Work Visa stamping.

And FYI , there is another medical test done in Saudi as well to get ur local residence permit [called as - Iqama].
