Depends on the visa title (arabic wording only) written on the visa stamp in your passport, to enable visa on arrival in Dubai. Check this for visa on arrival:

If you do not qualify under the above, you have the option of applying for UAE visa through the airline (Emirates, Flydubai or Air Arabia); or through the hotel where you may stay.
