CELL PHONE questions

ok - i just gotta know!

will an android phone work it's magic in phnam penh?  I'm talking the astounding navigation and web capabilities...  where i speak the name of a store or the address i want and it gives me turn-by-turn directions...?

I paid cash for my phone.  I don't want to bring it if all it can be, there, is a telephone.  I can buy a cheapie there and not risk mine.

someone help out please?

I am using both a android based mobile and tablet here. I can't say it has astounding navigation, I hardly use that function, shows reasonable accuracy your location. It also depends on the program installed on the device, network signal in the area, etc as well.

I consider other factor such as the length of time spend over here and comparing to leaving it at home not being put to use.

better leave it at home cz if it breaks for whatever reason its doubtful that u'll get it fixed the right way N therefor forever unusable since then onwards..u can get a cheap map for 1 $. this city ain't that large to get lost in it
