Position: Business Development Manager, Nordics
Location: Copenhagen / Oslo
Job Description

•    The Senior BDM will be responsible to source business from new clients across verticals in the Nordics Region
•    He/she will work closely with the Head of Sales and Client Partners/ Engagement Managers to prepare a market penetration strategy comprising target accounts and the message/solution story that should be taken to each prospect and follow it up with aggressive prospecting and lead the deal pursuit through its various stages.
•    Experience in BFSI, Transportation & Logistics, Public Sector, Retail, Manufacturing domains
•    Good understanding of Enterprise solutions ( SAP, Oracle, etc), BI, ADMS, Testing, Web solutions, IMS, BPO (Broad level understanding in many with deeper understanding in on or two areas)
•    Pro-active sales activities to convert suspects into prospects and following up with prospects so that it can lead to a proposal
•    Primary owner of the Opportunity Management process - Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close - for new prospects or new clients.
•    Form trusted advisor relationships with client personnel at the CIO/VP/Director level and use that to source additional business
•    Working with the pre-sales functions to craft a suitable and compelling proposal for the client
•    Showcase company capabilities, value, relationships and governance in all interactions
•    Manage proposal pricing negotiations and closure process
