Relocating to Botswana

Hi,
I'm planning on relocating to Botswana next year. How does one go about looking for employment because its a bit difficult browsing the net because some of the post are old. Are there any recruitment agencies. Any info will be highly appreciated and as well as help on day care centres for my 2 year old.
