Ok, I finally got into Manila. Been here for two weeks setting up, but I wanted to know if there are any expat get togethers, parties, activities or such coming up. Or if anyone can tell me where expats usually go to. Thanks

Hi Worldcitizen.

I hope you settle in easily. The Philippines is a truly an amazing place to be.
There are plenty of expat parties, activities, etc going on. It all depends on what you are looking for- if you are looking to meet people with any specific interests like sports or travelling or socialising. Sometimes, there will be posts on here of people looking for travel buddies or organising general meet ups. I would try Googling first but I find word-of-mouth works best.
I'm sure you will know lots of people, both local and expat here in no time.
If you need any advice, you can post on here and I'm sure many people will be willing to help.
