·         Theme: “Love DL-Jinzhou New District, Love My Home”—Photography Exhibition for Local and Expat Women

·         Sponsor: DL-Jinzhou New District Women's Federation

Undertaking Sponsors: Jinzhou Women & Children Center “Tongligong” and the Dalian League of Volunteers (D-LOV) 

·        Participants: local and expat women who love photography, local and international professional photographers live in Jinzhou New District (Kaifaqu area)

·         Topics:

1)      My City Pictures that display your favorite buildings, parks, markets, etc., in the Jinzhou New District (Kaifaqu)

2)      Family and Interests: To display varied family activities that can describe family life performing hobbies, philanthropic activities, sports, traditional Chinese customs, playing, etc.

3)      Business Women Profiles: To showcase women in all industries, their love and devotion to work; to showcase women in all industries pursuing a better life and contribution to a better life

4)      Natural Views: To showcase natural scenery and human landscape in Jinzhou New District

·         Requirements:

1.      Picture format: JPEG, within 4-8M. Un-altered images only: no computer manipulation or special effects allowed

2.      Please mark the topic of theme, shooting area/spots, shooting date and photographers information(name, company, address, post code, phone) of the work, as well as a short description of the picture

3.      There are no payable exhibition fees, remuneration, or return of pictures. The related portrait right, signature right, copyright, etc are binding on photographers

4.      The sponsor has the right to use the work accepted for exhibition, brochures, newspapers, magazines, internet and other kinds of non-profitable promotion

·         Time table:

a)        Work collection:  Starts Feb. 7th, deadline: Feb. 20th, 2012

b)        Work evaluation: Feb. 21st  to Feb. 22nd, 2012

c)        Results announcement: Feb. 23rd, 2012

d)        Exhibition period: Mar. 5th to Mar. 18th, 2012 (to coincide with Intl's Women's Day: March 8)

Exhibition Site: Lobby Hall at Jinzhou New District Administration Committee Building

·        Prize: to be announced

1st –3rd prizes and some Merit awards with cash and certificates will be offered for 100-150 photographers.
