Superbowl 2012

Not surprised there's nowhere to go. We're all doing "soccer" (aka, the real football) over here in Europe.

There used to be an American club on the Buda side which was frequented by US Embassy staff. I went to a Superbowl party there a zillion years ago. The pictures were beamed in on AFN (American Forces Network). Don't know if the club is still there.

There's the American school. Maybe they are doing something about it.

...well, at least that's a start.
Would you happen to remember the name of that club and/or School you refered to?

The American school is: American School Budapest. The American school is quite a away out of town in Nagykovácsi.

I haven't got a clue where I saw the AFN broadcast. It was about 15 years ago!! I think it could have been the old location of the American School which used to be in Buda on one of the hills. I remember it had a good view of the city.
