Hi everyone,
I have seen that on weekends (not sure if on Sat. or Sun.) there are quite a few people outside the Tanglin Mall selling their old / 2nd hand items. Am I right? Or is it something totally different?
If I'm not wrong and it is indeed a 2nd hand market, would you know if anyone can join? Expats also???

Yes, it's a flea market!
As far as I know, it's organised by the Mall Management and anyone can join. Ask them how to register!
