but i want a single bed room studio. how much a cheaper condominium costs in that locality. and do these studios have the minimum essentials like Gas and bed and chair?and how about the water availability? who can help me in finding a rented house with these minimum facilities and with a budget of 1000 Birrs per month? please sujjest me, and my stay will be for about Oct-June.
