You keep asking these types of questions every few days and create a new thread every time. Keep all of these to one thread so that it is easy for people to answer.
And no, you CANNOT do mobility from a housemaid/driver/cook visa to a work visa. These are different types of visas. Also, if you want to change employer and remain on same type of visa i.e. house visa, you need NOC from employer.

He will give me NOC, because i work as driver, now he no need, that why he want release me, house driver visa don't have any process without cancel transfer new visa. Or need to cancel old visa. Pls ans.

Need to get NoC/cancel your visa afte that your new employer can apply for new visa.
