Hi
I was told that after 3 years one can apply for dual citizenship. I also heard that an approval for the same takes from 1 to 3 years. I wanted to know if this applies only for investors or even professionals can apply. What additional benefits an expat can get if he get a duel citizenship.

I don't think that this comes easy because there are expats living here since 20 years and never got any citizenship...
