Hi i need your advice, I have a debt from 2 credit cards $3500 each year 1998... Can i still travel to Singapore? thank you

This has been discussed before - please read existing threads!
In short: Contact the card issuing bank to pay you debt (which will by now have ballooned due to fees and interest!). If they did not yet go to court, you can then travel and move to Singapore again. (But if they did go to court and you were convicted in absentia, your chances are low to none.
If you have no intention to pay, better stay away from Singapore forever.
