Please advice me, my visa will expire this month and will not continue to work in my company. I want to go back to my home country but i have an open case in the public prosecution, it is under investigation for morethan a month now. My question is, can i leave the country if like that? I dont want to stay here without job and with out visa. Thank you for the reply
