- To provide full range of customer services
- To handle clients’ enquiries and complaints (via email & toll free number phone)
- To handle daily inbound/outbound operation arrangement
- To create pick sheets from sales orders, enter and post freight charges for sales orders
- To arrange routing such as Ground shipments including LTL (Less than Truckload) and small parcel (UPS, FedEx)
- To prepare invoice, packing list, BOL, and all necessary shipping documents (such as markings, labels etc...) for domestic orders
- To keep tracking and tracing the shipments
- To provide logistics support and work closely with customer service and warehouse team
- To input accurate data into the inventory and logistics systems
- To maintain and update related records
- To update charts and spreadsheets of shipments for management
- To perform other duties as assigned or required

- 2-3 years related experience preferred
- Familiar with EDI operation and customer’s Routing Guide, FedEx/UPS online shipping system
- Able to create UCC shipping labels by using the Label Matrix software
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
- Associate degree or college diploma holder
