I'm looking for a stable and long-term job as a Chef de Partie in Indonesia (Bali, Lombok, Gilis).
I would prefer to be a chef in hotels restaurants but I will consider all offers for this position. My first requirement is to find a company able to sponsor my working visa application (Kitas).

I'm willing to give lots of time and energy at work for a company able to help me progressing.

Im used to work during high seasons so I'm familiar with fast paced environments. My best asset is my ability to learn quickly and to fit any kitchen. I'm used to work hard, yet I need a team spirit and a good mood around to stay motivated.

Skills
You'll see in my resume since I got into hospitality jobs I quickly improved as a cook until being a chef de partie. During my last two jobs (Byron Bay in Australia, and Hossegor in France) Ive been working as much during prep and service. We had teams around ten people in both restaurants, following HACCP norms. I experienced many times running the pass by myself and supervising commis. My previous experiences as a movie producer had been essentials for helping me manage a team.
