Looking for a job in a hotel or restaurant as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.

Having been employed in many different 4 and 5 Star Hotel and Restaurants. I believe my experience and skils set would be a great addition to your culinary team.

Solid understanding of how to adjust taste and ingredients to accommodate a variety of tongues, diets, culture, etc. 

Organized, utilizing the best ways to save costs and manage time, whether preparing simple short orders or complicated dishes 

Creative and innovative with presentation of foods for guests 
Ability to work under pressure, strong team spirit and solid communication skills
Culinary Certificate Germany
Language(s) spoken

German (Mother tongue)

English (Fluent)
