I hope there are people who can shed some more light on this please. As a British expat, I have been working as a teacher in Abu Dhabi since August, my school have been submitting ADEK applications and the first three got rejected. There were issues related to my visa details that we resolved with the federal authority for identification. We were advised to wait 2 months before resubmitting the fourth time and in that time I have made Emirates ID, labour card, UAE police clearance certificate. The application was submitted but it was rejected very quickly and as the other rejections, no reason was stated.
I am getting extremely anxious and stressed about the situation and I do not know what to do. Could someone please advise? Do we just resubmit and hope for the best? Are there any advice groups in Abu Dhabi? Do I seek support from the embassy? I have nothing to return to in the UK so I really want to make this work.
