About Duodeal: Reimagining the Sale

At Duodeal, we believe the traditional static PDF quote is a thing of the past.

Launched in January 2026 after six months of intensive R&D, we are reinventing the closing experience. Our platform transforms boring quotes into Interactive Sales Pages—dynamic, collaborative digital spaces where sales teams and clients can interact, align, and finalize deals in real-time.

The Mission: Be Our First, Build the Future

After 6 months of intense R&D, Duodeal officially launched in January. We are growing fast, and we need more than just a manager; we are looking for our first Customer Success manager.

As our very first Customer Success Manager, you will be the bridge between our brand-new software and our early adopters. You won't just follow a playbook—you will write it. As the company scales, you will have the unique opportunity to recruit, mentor, and lead the entire CS team.

 

 

What You'll Do

Onboard & Delight: Guide our first users through the Duodeal experience, ensuring they see value from day one.

Create the Playbook: Build the processes, tools, and communication standards for the future CS department.

Voice of the Customer: Work closely with Maxime (Paris), Aymeric (Mauritius), and the product team to turn user feedback into new features.

Drive Growth: Identify expansion opportunities and ensure high retention through proactive relationship management.

Bug reporting: you will act as the bridge between our users and the tech team, responsible for reporting bugs and ensuring every fix is thoroughly tested and resolved.

Scale the Team: As we grow, you will lead the recruitment and onboarding of new CS teammates, instilling the Duodeal culture from the start.

 

 

Who You Are

�� You are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken). You can switch effortlessly between a call in French and a global sync in English.

Benefits

MUR 80,000 to MUR 120,000 (1600€-2200€) monthly, depending on experience, plus 13th month.

Health insurance and transport.

Performance Bonus: Up to 30,000 MUR (600€) per quarter for reaching your targets

On-site role in Tamarin (great co-working atmosphere)
