Approval in principal Letter

I have got the Approval in Principal Letter from identity Malta in soft format but the file is corrupted is there any way i can download the new copy of letter online i have the reference number and Residence Card Number with me

Not aware what the 'Approval in Principle' letter is for but I would think that unless you have a link to it to download it, such as an attachment in pdf. format or similar, you would need to obtain a new 'file' from Identity Malta.
