If I wanted to question an unsolved crime in Jaco Beach where would I start? A serious crime

Go to offices f OIJ IN Jaco and start there. if you dont know who or what OIJ is then I wouldnt waste your time.

I dont live in Jaco. But the answer to go to OIJ is the same no matter where you live. They investigate crimes and would have any info but may be hard to get info from them.
