Hi, my name is Shane and I am looking on buying some property on Ambergris Caye to build on for vacation, rental, and eventually retire. I have heard some horror stories about buying real estate Belize/Costa Rico, etc. Would anyone be able to recommend a reputable agent or business? I will be in Belize in May and i'm trying to find someone who knows the market quite well.
