experiences or info about a certain renting agency

Hi,

does anyone have experience with McCarthy Rentals and Island Properties?

Already figured out that often the offered appartments alrady occupied. But as we contacted McCarthy
via the justlanded page , Island properties answered us and required some further info.
This was confusing and now we are a bit insecure how trustworthy they are...
(I know there are different opinions on agents, no need to tell )

I would not contact any agents until you arrive here as a lot of the properties on their books are not available and whatever you do do not agree on anything without seeing the property first. I’m have not
had any experience with the agents you mentioned.

Seeing is believing. Therefore never sign a contract without viewing a property. I would rather prefer to advertise what I need instead of asking an agent.
