Experiences or info about a certain renting agency

I would not contact any agents until you arrive here as a lot of the properties on their books are not available and whatever you do do not agree on anything without seeing the property first.  I'm have not
had any experience with the agents you mentioned.

Seeing is believing. Therefore never sign a contract without viewing a property. I would rather prefer to advertise what I need instead of asking an agent.
