Hi,
My wife and I are unexpectedly in Cebu due to her mother's hospitalization. I usually go to Tacloban BI office, which is usually not very busy, and I am in and out in ten or fifteen minutes. Last week we swung by Mandaue BI around lunchtime and the place was a zoo, with about 50 people outside in queue waiting to go inside. Is this typical?
I read somewhere that Mactan BI has less waiting. Any suggestions? Looks like I will have to file my Visa extension here before we can return to Ormoc City.
