Have you asked around locally? I know in our area there are people with experience in construction everywhere. If you're just looking for an estimate, ask around, ask at the barangay hall, sari sari stores, etc.

Where the land is located, ease of access and access to materials will also affect the price. Is there water available to mix the concrete.  The type of land soft, sandy, high and dry clay, etc., will also affect the price of the foundation and what needs to be done to provide a sturdy foundation for the home. 

If you are only looking for a close guesstimate, have you tried googling builders in your area?
