I would like to know if personal appearance of my kids (ages 10, 8 and 5) is required to go to a Malaysian Embassy in the Philippines for their dependent pass application?

DP for Malaysia is processed only in Malaysia not PH. Cannot be arranged by Malaysian Consulate only ministry of home affairs.
Perhaps explain more what you are trying to do.
If your husband is Malaysian then join Facebook group Foreign Spouses Support Group Malaysia and check their notes section or ask question.

DP was already processed, I just need to go to a Malaysian Embassy to claim for the temporary single entry visa in the Philippines for them to enter Malaysia.
Btw, I am a Filipino working in Malaysia, company already processed the application and was already approved.
