As a diabetic, I require two (2) daily injections- VICTOZA pen and LANTUS insulin solostar.
Are these available in COSTA RICA???

I don't have any experience with your request, but even if they were available 'over the counter' which would be fine for a short vacation, they may not be provided for a Resident, by CAJA the socialized medical system, if your intent is to move here.
