I'd like to find a job in the US (Texas) from the UK, and I just wanted some advice with regards to the lifestyle in Texas and what I should expect?

Hi. Welcome to Texas soon. I am based here in Houston and I came from UK. Work and life balance is achievable and cost of living is very affordable. After one year, I bought my own house on a single income and managed to enjoy my holidays abroad 3x year. There are plenty of jobs here in Houston for tech, medical and engineers. We have great schools and universities to choose from and plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. Feel free to message me anytime.
