Vasectomy in HCMC?

Does anyone know of legit practices that will do vasectomies in HCMC for foreigners and what the price range is?  I've poked around a bit online but I'm not seeing much in English.  I have no qualms about going to a Vietnamese practice over something like FV, and I'd prefer the local price over FV prices.

I have no personal experience in vasectomy, but after a quick search in Vietnamese sites, I found that Từ Dũ Hospital offers the service.

Từ Dũ, FYI, became the first gynecology hospital in Saigon when it first opened the door in 1937.  To this day,  it's still a trusted hospital for all aspects of fertility and reproductive health.

Dr. Ngô Thị Yên, head of Từ Dũ's Family Planning Department stated that the procedure is simple, safe, inexpensive (comparing to the similar procedure for women), and can be done in office in 30 - 60 minutes including post-op observation.  No fee was quoted in that particular article, but according to eDoctor, it's 300K - 500K.  I assume that very low cost is for Vietnamese citizens only.

In case you wish to run the article to Google translate and read the garbled result, here is the link:

Từ Dũ is located at 284 Cống Quỳnh, Q 1, but its Family Planning Department is at 227 Cống Quỳnh, on the 4th floor.

Another site, alobacsi.com (similar to WebMD in the States), recommends:

-  Bình Dân Hospital @ 408 Điện Biên Phủ, Q 10
-  Đại học Y Dược (a teaching hospital) @ 215 Hồng Bàng, Q 5
-  Nhân Dân Hospital @ 88 Thành Thái, Q 10
-  Nhân dân Gia Định Hospital @ 1 Nơ Trang Long, Q Bình Thạnh

or, if you prefer private providers:

-  Phòng Khám Đa Khoa Thế Giới (World Clinic) @ 648 Võ Văn Kiệt, Q 5
-  Đa Khoa Tâm Trí Sài Gòn (Tam Tri Saigon Hospital) @ 171/3 Trường Chinh, Q 12

According to the Q&A, the fee charge by the first 4 hospitals is between 3 and 6 millions ($130 - $260), everything included. The last two providers charge between 5 and 7 millions ($220 - $310).

All the places mentioned in my two posts above accept foreigners as their customers.  If you wish to go to specialists in male issues, or male/female reproductive and sexual health, I've found another article with recommendations, let me know and I'll post it.
