I am looking to rent a Office in Varna maybe around 300-500 sq.ft.
As well as rent a 2 bed flat overlooking the sea if possible.
Any information about the cost would be appreciated.

It might be difficult to rent an apartment overlooking the sea in Varna, unless you are prepared to to rent in one of the old communist style tower blocks.
However, there are good 2 bed apartments, near the sea (in the centre) for around 750 levs per month.
