Hello,
Brunei is a rich and kind of preservative country. Liquor and cigarettes are not allowed here though I can see some people local sand foreigner smoke outside. During weekends they close the streets of Bandar or the main city to make way for the runners and bikers. They even have uniforms or something like color coding for each group. I just don't know which group they represent.
During Raya all locals or even not local can visit the palace they can have free meal there and see the Majesty in person.
Sorry I don't have much to share. I don't go out always. This is just what I can share.
