Sorry to answer too late.
Obtaining nationality may serve as a decree for any alien who has resided in Mali for at least 5 years at the time of application.
- To be major or emancipated minor
- To be recognized as a saint of mind
- To be of good life and morals
- Justify of its integration into the Malian community
- Have not been sentenced to more than one year of imprisonment not cleared by pardon or amnesty, for a common law offense. When sentences handed down abroad, they may not be taken into consideration, in which case the decree is taken with the assent of the Supreme Court.
- A minor aged 15 years can apply for naturalization with the authorization of the person or body exercising parental authority or guardianship.
