Ad Valorem tax rate

Hi everyone,
I was considering trying to import a Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie Quad cab with a 6.7L Cummings diesel engine.
I wanted to know if anyone knows the rate that tax will be charged on that engine, I have found that it will be charged at a rate of 15% to  100% they say it's based on displacement.
That will enable me to work out if I dump the truck at home or import it, I have looked at at LOT of government sites and others but can't seem to find the way it's calculated!

Assuming you have read the requirements regarding who can and cannot import a vehicle into the Philippines the links below may help in clarifying a few details with regard to your question.

Customs suggests you send in the pertinent information with regard to the vehicle and the tax will be computed for you, have you tried that?  It may be the most accurate way of receiving a tax computation for your vehicle.

Thanks  :)
I was misinformed about it, I'm not eligible to import after reading the government orders it's very clear.
I was told an SRRV Classic applicant could import! Kind of annoying thing to be misinformed about, wasted some time looking it all up!
