Looking for Senior IT Service Support with Dutch and French in Cracow

For our new client, an international transportation company we are currently looking for junior professionals to take the position of Senior IT Service Support Representative with Dutch and French.
You will be part of the central Customer Technology (CT) support team. This group provides quality support to internal and external customers on client’s automation products and works together with internal teams all over the globe to enhance these automation products in order to provide a better service to the client’s customers.
As an IT Service Support Representative you will be responsible for providing quality support in English and Dutch / French to internal and external customers. In your job you will be leading the incident, problem and defect management for multiple automation products on an EMEA level. You will be participating in a team that provides automation support outside business hours (rotating schedule). Developing internal training material for the client’s automation products will be under your responsibility. Your duties will include initiating the quality improvements of the automation products and the associated support processes. You will work in close collaboration with the regional Customer Service Support, Sales and Marketing teams.
To be successful you should be fluent in English, Dutch and French. Any additional European language will be an asset. The perfect candidate should be passionate about technology and have experience with the MS Office suite (minimum Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge about XML (SOAP and REST) and knowledge of a minimum of 2 relevant data communication protocols will be well seen. The perfect candidate has excellent analytical and problem solving skills, good written and verbal communication abilities. You should be willing to travel up to 10%.
