I live in bangalore for the past 15 years and much familiar with bangalore. I know all english, Hindi, southindian languages (fluent), German, Turkish and Italian (Basic). So you see, I think she really need someone who knows the local ways around and can help her while she is having this health problem and doesn't have so much energy to handle these things on her own.

Sorry for the long post, but it was otherwise difficult to explain in brief words.
