Living In Baguio

Hi,

I plan to move to Baguio soon .

Can anyone fill me in on daily life in Baguio? I'm thinking of moving there this September.
1. What is it like living there?
2. How are the people towards foreigners?
3. What is the crime rate as compared to Cebu.
4. What about earthquakes are they frequent?
5.I would like to rent just a room in the beginning (any     suggestions)
6. What is the weather and temperature like?
7. How's the internet connection how fast?whats the monthly cost of a good connection.
8)How much for water and electricity?
9). And finally what is the cost of living is it higher or about the same.
