How to secure job?

I am  a Nigerian, and  Accountant  by  qualification. I intend  traveling  to  Mongolia  to  stay  and  work,but am skeptical  about  how  easy,   it  will  be  for  me  to  secure  job  as  soon  as  arrived the  country.  Also, how  possible is it   to  obtain   resident  permit?

I speak from experience, having worked in Mongolia
You cannot just arrive in Mongolia, get a job and then residency.

You have to have a position offered to you before you come to Mongolia. There is a mountain of paperwork to be done for a visa.

The Mongolian Govt is very careful about issuing work permits as they do not want foreigners taking jobs that locals can do.
