Winter boot project for the poor of Mongolia.

Hello, I'm not sure if this post should be under a sub-category of "Mongolia" but, my partner and I are venturing into a winter boot project for the poor in Mongolia. We are traveling to Mongolia this fall (around October or November) to set it up and do more logistics work for our project. We are a non-profit organization and would like to know if anyone on this site has connections with local people on making winter boots and providing labor for modification of these boots. Our organization is looking to pay the local people to put these boots together and a distribution channel to get these boots out to the poor. Thank you. -Kelly
